In winter 2016 OGS crafted a new corporate mark for the David Orso Group, one that coveys the group’s longevity, success and unrivaled professionalism.
To fit the client’s specific aesthetic sensibility, OGS customized the letterforms of a classic serif typeface and combined them with a crisp, modern san serif face to achieve a look that is both classic and sophisticated, yet still remains casual. The mark is also easily read in multiple sizes throughout all print and online applications.
Promotional Video & Responsive Landing Page
In fall 2015 OGS worked with the David Orso Group of CENTURY 21 New Millennium to craft a 60-second promotional video and matching landing page to support the “Sold In 99” campaign.
The video of David explaining his special offer was shot on location at one of David’s client’s homes, and the responsive landing page was developed with a contact form to capture essential information and generate leads, and an exit pop-up to boost conversion and reduce bounce rate.
Book Cover, Charts & Graphics
In Summer 2014, leading Annapolis-area real estate professional, David Orso, came to OGS looking to clean up the look of his forthcoming book, Step Inside: The Unfiltered Truth About Listing and Selling Your Home.
The work done by a previous designer on the interior graphics, as well as the front and back cover, needed to be cleaned up and rethought. The image of Mr. Orso, along with the basic “open-door” concept, was provided to OGS via the previous designer’s mockups and OGS was able to take it in a much more engaging direction. The previous concept and final book cover are shown here.
OGS redrew the charts, tables and documents with cleaner lines and a more modern typeface, while at the same time cleaning up his existing logo. OGS then selected complementary stock imagery and created a more inviting and professional-looking cover.
OGS was proud to help david Orso in his effort to become a thought leader in his industry — and even more so to be part of a project that will be donating 100% of the proceeds to breast cancer research.
